read and agrees to abide by the
Terms of Service. Billing Terms - Fees are FLAT RATE fees and will be charged immediately upon sign-up for the calendar month in which you sign up and will be for the remainder of that month. There is no pro-rating for any month. Recurring fees are charged on the 1st of each successive month. |
